Returns & Exchanges

At Fiat Lux, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
